TAI CHI 2 for Wellness

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise to help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.

Through movement, breath, and awareness, Tai Chi reduces stress and increases relaxation.

Tai Chi 2 will be offered as a 10 week session on Tuesdays & Thursdays from October 7 to December 11

Tai Chi 2 is the stage beyond Beginner level

Experienced and fun instructor

9:30 – 10:30 am, Chanler Room

$5/ session.  First session free.
