TAI CHI for Wellness

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise to help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. Through movement, breath, and awareness, Tai Chi reduces stress and increases relaxation.

8 week session runs Tuesdays & Thursdays from June 17-August 7

Experienced and fun instructor

9:30 – 10:30 am, Chanler Room

$5/ session.  First session free.
